High Peak GP Practices join forces to deliver New Service for Patients.

High Peak GP Practices have joined forces to offer patients GP and Nurse appointments until 8pm.

All appointments (6.30pm - 8.00pm) are available to any patients registered with a High Peak Practice.  

Monday  - (6.30pm - 8.00pm) Appointments at Thornbrook (Chapel) and Arden House (New Mills)

Tuesday -  (6.30pm - 8.00pm) Appointments at Goyt Valley (Whaley Bridge) and Buxton Medical Practice

Wednesday -  (6.30pm - 8.00pm) Appointments at Sett Valley (New Mills) Elmwood (Buxton) Stewart (Buxton)

Thursday -  (6.30pm - 8.00pm) Appointments at Stewart Medical Practice (Buxton)

Friday -  (6.30pm - 8.00pm) Appointment location will be advised at time of booking as it will be a different practice each week.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays - Buxton/New Mills Out of Hours Walk in Centres provided by DHU

(please note we can not book unregistered patients into the 6.30pm - 8.00pm appointments)

Prescription ordering

In line with the national aim to reduce medicine waste, Boots Pharmacy on Market Street, New Mills will no longer be able to order your repeat prescriptions from 7th April 2018.

You can order your prescription directly from us by doing one of the following;

1. Register for patient access 

(this allows you to order your prescription, book appointments and view your medical record)

2. Drop your prescription in to the surgery by hand or by post. 

Please let the surgery know if you are experiencing any problems.
