This is a form which can be used to ask a NON URGENT question of a Doctor.

Your enquiry will be passed to one of the practice GPs. They will then respond as appropriate. This maybe to advise you to book an appointment in the usual way if they feel that the concern needs further discussion. This might be advised with a GP or another member of the team. They may be able to manage your question with some advice via text so please let us know if you are happy to be contacted in this way.

Please note that due to the current workload on GP practices it is not always possible to deal with these queries straight away. We will respond as soon as possible, but it may take up to a week before you hear back from us.
