There are two options that allow you to get online access to your medical records, see what medication you are prescribed, order medication, and more.

NHS App

If you’re 16 or over, we recommend that you register for the NHS App. You can do this without leaving your home.

Patient Access

If the patient is aged under 16, sign up for Patient Access. This allows parents and carers to access the records of those they care for. To sign up, come to the surgery with proof of identity. This must include photographic evidence such as a passport or driving licence. It must also include evidence of your address, such as a driving licence or bank statement. In exceptional circumstances we may be able to register you for Patient Access without this evidence.

Once you are registered you will be able to use the service to:

• Order your repeat prescriptions
• Make an appointment
• Cancel an appointment
• Change your contact details
• Review your medications and known allergies
