We do not take requests for medication over telephone as this can lead to mistakes.

We advise all patients that they register for the online prescription service.

You will then need to come into the practice with identification to verify your identity and be issued with a pin code.

Registering with Patient Access allows patients to access their patient records, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions and access some test results.

Please allow 72 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays, for your medication request to be processed by the practice.

Repeat Prescriptions

Alternatively you can make a repeat prescription request.

Any patient on a repeat prescription may request drugs that appear on the repeat prescription slip without seeing the doctor until a specified review date.

If you wish to order your prescriptions in writing, either hand in the request slip at the surgery or send it by post. Please allow three working days for your prescription to be processed by the practice, it can then take a further three days to be processed by the pharmacy.
