When you attend for your tests, you will be advised how long it will before your results are available.
Getting your test results
The GP will contact you if you need a follow up appointment to discuss the results.
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- in your Patient Access account
- If you do not have access to the NHS app or Patient access, then please complete the test results request form via the link at the bottom of the page.
- Alternatively you can phone us between 12.30 to 2.30 pm on 01663 745266 or call in to the practice between these times as reception staff will have more time to deal with your request.
The practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior written permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
