You can make an appointment online by registering for online services via Patient Access.
Cancelling an appointment
If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, you can cancel an appointment online please inform us at least two working hours in advance so that your appointment may be offered to someone else.
New Service to Patients – Late Appointments
If you require a later appointment High Peak GP Practices have joined forces to offer patients GP and nurse appointments until 20:00.
All appointments (18:30 – 20:00) are available to any patients registered with a High Peak Practice (including Hartington).
Monday – (18:30 – 20:00)
Appointments at Thornbrook (Chapel) and Arden House (New Mills)
Tuesday – (18:30 – 20:00)
Appointments at Goyt Valley (Whaley Bridge) and Buxton Medical Practice
Wednesday – (18:30 – 20:00)
Appointments at Sett Valley (New Mills) and Elmwood (Buxton)
Thursday – (18:30 – 20:00)
Appointments at Stewart Medical Practice (Buxton)
Friday – (18:30 – 20:00)
Appointment location will be advised at time of booking as it will be a different practice each week.
Saturday – Buxton Out of Hours Walk-in centre (Provided by DHU) bookable appointments – contact reception to book.
Sunday – New Mills Out of Hours Walk-in centre (Provided by DHU) bookable appointments – contact reception to book.
Please note we can not book unregistered patients into 18:30 – 20:00 appointments.
